Congressman Joyce Statement on the Repeal of the Federal Transportation Mask Mandate

Washington, DC – Congressman John Joyce M.D. (PA-13) released the following statement on the repeal of a federal mask mandate on public transportation:

“The U.S. District Court’s ruling today affirms what we have known for months—that mask mandates on public transportation infringe on the freedom of the American people while doing little to nothing to slow the spread of COVID-19. This ruling is a victory for the American people.”
