Dr. Joyce Leads Moment of Silence for Pennsylvania State Troopers

Washington, DC – Today, Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), led members of the Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation in a moment of silence on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in memory of Pennsylvania State TrooperJacques F. Rougeau, Jr., as well as to pray for the recovery of Lieutenant James Wagner, who was injured in the attack.

“We owe a debt of gratitude to our law enforcement officers that can never be fully repaid,” said Congressman Joyce.
