National Security
The U.S. military is the arsenal of democracy. We must continue to rebuild our military and ensure that our troops have the resources and training they need to defend our nation at home and abroad. On the Homeland Security Committee, Dr. Joyce is working to ensure that our nation is prepared to confront any threat in the 21st century.
As a member of the China Task Force, Dr. Joyce is leading Congress' strategy to combat the growing threat of the Chinese Communist Party and equip Americans to lead in the years to come.
