In his dialogue with the committee, Pulford testified about how the 2017 tax cuts are spurring growth across Franklin County and emphasized the need for Congress to pass an infrastructure package.

"Simply stated, the funding measure passed tonight does not do enough to ensure our national security. This bill, passed at nearly the last possible second, exemplifies exactly what is wrong with Washington. If I had supported this flawed legislation, I would have done an overwhelming disservice to the safety of our country and to the law abiding people of the 13th District.
