Washington, D.C. – Today, H.J.Res. 88, introduced by Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), passed the House of Representatives with bipartisan support. This resolution, introduced under the Congressional Review Act, will protect consumer choice so that all Americans can have the freedom to choose the vehicle that they want, that they can afford, and that meets their needs.
