Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, the four Co-Chairs of the Congressional Skin Cancer Caucus, Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-06), Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14), and Congresswoman Deborah Ross (NC-02) introduced the SAFE Sunscreen Standards Act to streamline the FDA review process of the effectiveness and safety of new ingredients for nonprescription sunscreens.

Washington, D.C. – Today, H.J.Res. 88, introduced by Congressman John Joyce, M.D., (PA-13), passed the Senate in a bipartisan vote and now heads to President Trump’s desk to be signed into law. 

Washington, D.C. – Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13) and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-06) introduced H.R. 2936, the Addressing Boarding and Crowding in the Emergency Department (ABC-ED) Act, legislation that would relieve overburdened emergency departments by improving the efficiency and delivery of emergency care.

Washington, D.C. – Today, H.J.Res. 88, introduced by Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), passed the House of Representatives with bipartisan support. This resolution, introduced under the Congressional Review Act, will protect consumer choice so that all Americans can have the freedom to choose the vehicle that they want, that they can afford, and that meets their needs.

Newville, Pennsylvania – Dr. Joyce joined local officials and farmers for a roundtable to discuss the agriculture issues facing Pennsylvania farmers today. Joining Dr. Joyce at the roundtable were State Representative Barb Gleim, State Representative Dave Zimmerman, Cumberland County Farm Bureau President Ryan Brown, Cumberland County Commissioner Kelly Neiderer, North Newton Township Supervisor Pete Trimble, Chairman of the Lower Mifflin Township Planning Commission Steve Ginter, and Todd Chestnut from Chestnut Farms. 

Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. John Joyce, M.D., (PA-13) introduced legislation under the Congressional Review Act to reverse the California waiver that limits consumer choice for 40% of the American auto market and stifles innovation. Conference Chair Lisa McClain (MI-9), Rep. Doug LaMalfa (CA-1), Rep. Jay Obernolte (CA-23), and Rep. Kevin Kiley (CA-3) joined as original cosponsors.
