This legislation passed the House in the 118th Congress by a bipartisan vote of 222-190 with 8 Democrats joining a united Republican Conference.

Washington, DC – Today, Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13), a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Congressman Lloyd Smucker (PA-11), a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, announced the formation of the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Caucus will focus on supporting Americans in living long, healthy, and fulfilling lives through access to affordable, high-quality foods while improving access to primary care. Senator Roger Marshall (KS) will lead the Caucus in the Senate.
