Congressman John Joyce (PA-13) today announced the 2019 High School Congressional Art Competition for the 13th District of Pennsylvania. The United States House of Representatives sponsors this competition each spring to recognize and honor talented young artists from each congressional district across the country. Every school district in the 13th Congressional District is invited to submit one piece of student art to represent the artistic talents of its high school. More than 650,000 young artists have participated in the Congressional Art Competition since it began in 1982.
