Altoona, PA Congressman John Joyce, M.D. (PA-13) today announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) has awarded grants to two airports that serve the people of Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District totaling more than $6.5 million.

These students, if they receive an appointment directly from an academy, will have the opportunity to attend the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY, or the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY.
